Terms and Conditions

Grand Travel reserves the rights to alter routes, itineraries or timetables without prior notice,
should the necessity arise. No liability is accepted for losses, theft or expenses due to a delay of any agent,
hotel, coach, operator, airline, guide, restaurant or any other persons or companies, however, caused.
Grand Travel is not responsible for losses in the event of Force Major, such as natural catastrophes,
strikes, weather, war or other causes outside of the control of Grand Travel Iceland.
All such losses and expenses are the personal liability of the traveler. We advise all clients to have a
travel insurance, as they travel at their own responsibility on tours and transfers.

Product delivery.
Customer will receive a receipt for the purchase and a booking confirmation that is required to print out
and bring when joining the tour/s, customer will also receive a booking number that is required if needed
to change or cancel booking

Cancellation right/right to return and refund

For rescheduling and canceling please contact us via e-mail grandtravel@grandtravel.is and include your booking number.
All cancellations should be notified at least 24 hours prior to pick up time.

If a trip is canceled with more than 24-hour notice a 100% refund is given.
If a trip is canceled with less than 24-hour notice it will be charged full price.

Price.
Please notice that prices online can change without notice.

We reserve the right to alter routes due to weather or road conditions

Confidentiality.
The seller holds all information from the buyer in relation to the purchase as confidential. Under no circumstances will information be handed to a third party.
